Preamble: Our Role in Digital Credit Facilitation
Welcome to the 4Dred Platform, a digital credit information and facilitation platform operated by 4Dred Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
4Dred exists to provide a technology-driven interface through which individuals may explore, request, compare, and be connected to potential credit opportunities, loan products, and third-party financial service providers, including independent lenders and financing partners.
4Dred is not itself a bank, authorised deposit-taking institution, licensed lender, credit provider, financial adviser, broker, or insurer. We do not issue loans, extend credit, determine interest rates, approve applications, or guarantee funding outcomes. Our role is strictly limited to that of a neutral digital facilitator and informational platform.
Section 1: Binding Agreement and Unconditional Acceptance
1.1 Acceptance Through Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding and enforceable contract between you (“User”) and 4Dred Inc.
By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting loan or credit enquiries, uploading personal or financial information, clicking any button indicating acceptance, or otherwise using the platform located at 4Dred.com (the “Platform”), you irrevocably and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
This Agreement has the same legal force and effect as a written contract executed with a physical signature.
If you do not agree to these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately cease all use of the Platform.
1.2 Legal Capacity

Lender-Partner: Any independent third-party lender, financier, or credit provider
Credit Opportunity: Any potential loan, financing, or credit product offered by a third party
User: Any individual or entity accessing or interacting with the Platform
Content: All text, data, estimates, calculators, illustrative figures, AI-generated content, and third-party information
Section 3: Nature of the Platform
3.1 Neutral Credit Facilitator
You acknowledge that 4Dred is a neutral digital intermediary only.

3.4 No Guarantee of Approval or Funding
4Dred makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

Section 4: User Obligations
4.1 Accurate Information
You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and lawful information.
You bear full liability for misrepresentation or omission.

6.1 As-Is Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CANADIAN LAW.
6.2 Third-Party Content
We do not verify or guarantee third-party lender information.
6.3 AI Content
AI-generated content is illustrative only and must be independently verified.
Section 7: Limitation of Liability

Users waive all rights to class or representative actions.
